Baltic Council for International Education (BC) is a leading study abroad agency founded in 2004 by Olga & Evgeni Govor – professionals with more than 20 years of experience in education abroad industry.

BC operates in 3 Baltic countries through local regional companies – Baltic Council Latvia, Baltic Council Estonia and Baltic Council Lithuania.

BC main activities include:
- counselling and sending students to study abroad;
- university placement services (UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, Canada, the USA, Australia and other countries);
- executive and professional training abroad;
- incompany training (language courses) in the Baltics.

Baltic Council in Latvia is an authorized UK exam centre for all British exams including IELTS, Cambridge English, ACCA, Aptis, UKiset and others.

BC owns the brand name of the most popular in the Baltic region public study abroad fair “Days of International Education”, taking place in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia twice a year and being attended by more than 12 000 unique visitors.
